We rented Unit #8 in March 2001. We were first timers to The Boardwalk and can't wait to return! We have already booked for March 2002 and would like to have an extra week on either side. Should it become available, please call.

We are extremely excited for our annual visit to The Boardwalk this spring! This trip will make our 9th year in a row !! We are scheduled to come down the week of March 30th to unit #13. Because of our kids' spring break schedule, we lost our "usual week". Please keep us in mind for a unit closer to the beach, preferably a lower unit.

We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you getting us into a room for Spring break 2004. We needed the week later than normal and you were able to accommodate us. We come down in April with the Davis'. They need a room, we needed one, my sister and her family needed one and you managed to get us all in! Wow! Our kids really love coming down and were disappointed when they thought they wouldn't be able to come on the following next year. They were thrilled when Millie came down to tell us we had the room ! Thank you so much for helping make this our favorite vacation spot and giving us something to look forward to during our COLD winters !!

I just wanted to reiterate in writing - 'You have a great location, the property was so well maintained, and the unit was spotless'.

We have been in FL for a dozen years, and have stayed a number of places on the beach up and down the coast. The Boardwalk property has been one of the best, by far. You definitely beat out some of those 'name brand' places on Sanibel and Captiva! We will be back for sure.

As parents of little ones, it was such a pleasure to see safety measures in place. I didn't have to open my bag of outlet covers or bring in a tubmat! There was no need to stress about splinters from the walkway (what great carpet!), etc. (I'm the worrywart in the family) And thank you for having of course Cable, a VCR, and boombox.

Unit 6 was just right for our family, we all enjoyed the many different media of Fish decorations. The girls had a great time at the Condo. You seem to be managing a great 'beach family' and we felt very welcome during the stay.

Growing up, our family always stayed in Unit #17 ovelooking the pool. Now, several years later, we're back - three generations all enjoying the Boardwalk and the Gulf! It is so much fun to watch our children doing all the same fun things we loved as kids.
Unit #6 is nice, with a great view of the Gulf. Thanks for providing such a well furnished condo for our week at the beach.

Very nice golf courses and good rates.
"Love the Ocean" and the Boardwalk. We really enjoy enjoy coming to the U.S. of A.. Drove 2,500 miles to get here!

I Love Florida !!! Can I Live Here??? Would Anyone Adopt Me ??

We were here for 2 weeks in June. The weather was great and the Condo was even better. We loved the 3 TV's for our family. We will certainly be back next year. We have been in Unit #8 for 5 years and now we are enjoying Unit #6 even more. Thanks for a great place to stay! The Oen's

The stay was wonderful... Not to hot and the weather was great!
We had a great time searching for and finding Sharks teeth. There are none left as I have found them all !!!
All in all it was wonderful. Absolutely NO Complaints.

My family and I were staying at the Boardwalk in July and we had a great time. We were just wondering if you suffered much damage during the hurricane "Charley"? I realize you may be busy and cannot respond immediately, but all of us care very much about the Boardwalk... it's like our home away from home :-)
We pray everyone is okay and we hope little, if nay, dqmage resulted from the storm.

Dear Boardwalk staff,
Greetings! We watched the weather channel as "Charley" tore through the area and were horrified by what we saw. My parents live in Englewood and were very fortunate to have only minor damage. I asked them how the Boardwalk fared and they said they thought you got through it okay. We hope the staff and their families are alrignt.
I took this picture (not shown) on our last visit and enjoy looking at it because it reflects to me how relaxing and beautiful it is at the Boardwalk. We enjoy the calendar and so wanted to contribuite to the collection.

Jan and Boardwalk Staff,

I have been saying I have told everyone else and wanted to send you an e-mail and tell YOU how much our family enjoyed their stay at the Boardwalk in Aug. It was exactly what they wanted, on the beach and the layout of the condo was great. My husband and I did our research looking for a place for them, and we were so glad they enjoyed it even though their visit was short. Our son, Wayne Morris, from Salisbury, England, will enjoy the Boardwalk Memories Calendar, which arrived today.
