Boardwalk Vacation Condos. Weekly rentals. SWFL

Reservations:

One week minimum rental is required.
Even numbered units rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Odd numbered units rent from Sunday to Sunday.
5% discount will be given for a 4 week rental.
An additional 5% discount will be given for an 8 week rental, (2 months)
Rental rate for 8 weeks or longer is negotiable.
Security deposit of $200.00 is required with reservations.
50% of rental is required 60 days prior to reservations.
Balance of rental is due upon arrival.
Cancellations - a written notice must be received 60 days prior to reservation date to receive refund.
Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Please charge any long distance calls to a credit card or home telephone number.
Security deposit is refunded approximately 45 days after departure, (this deposit is held for any long distance calls or damage that may have taken place during stay).
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation with a 30 day notice.
All units fully furnished with dishes, linens, color cable TV, VCR, ice maker, telephone (free local calls only), washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, self cleaning oven. Go to our amenities page
Sorry, no pets allowed at any time.
All rates subject to 11% sales tax (effective: 10/1/2005).
Daily maid service available for an additional charge.
A maximum occupancy of six (6) people per unit.
VISA/MASTER CARD accepted.

NO BOATS may be parked at the condominium. Please make arrangement at a local marina.
